Violet Snyder

Violet Marie Snyder, 90 of Sebring passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Crandall Medical Center. Violet was born on May 1, 1924, the daughter of the late Daniel and Laura Christine (McGee) Guthrie. She was a graduate of Sebring High School and served as a civil servant for many years. Violet was a member of Pine Lake Christian Church, enjoyed golfing, bowling, traveling, and collecting Snoopy memorabilia.
Survivors include her son Danny Snyder of Sebring, grandson Dan (Yvette) Snyder of Sebring and two great grandchildren Corey and Benjamin. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William in 1979 and her daughter-in-law, Terry Snyder.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. Friends may call the hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
