Virginia “Ginny” L. Eaton, 81 of Sebring passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday September 3, 2010 at Alliance Community Hospital. Mrs. Eaton was born in Alliance on August 21, 1929 the daughter of the late Clifford and Florence (Salter) Robb. Ginny was a member of the Pine Lake Christian Church, she was a Sunday school teacher for many years and a member of the Sandhi Club. She was a secretary for the former Roger Johnston Insurance Agency and the Williams/Case Insurance Agency. Ginny loved traveling with her husband, crocheting and spending time with family. Virginia is survived by her daughter Terri (Dan) Schuette of Sebring; son Craig (Debbie) Eaton of Lithia Fl. ; her grandchildren Stacy L. Schuette of Sebring ,Shawn Eaton of Lithia Fl., Abby ( Daniel )Rothrock of Lithia Fl. and great grandson Hayden G Rothrock. Mrs. Eaton was preceded in death by her parents, and her step mother Violet who raised Ginny from an early age after her mother passed away, her husband Robert whom she married on June 24, 1950, who passed on October 27, 2008, sister Juanita Pinkerton, brother Clarence Jeffries and granddaughter Christy Ann Schuette. Services will be held on Thursday September 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Thomas Palmer officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm with family present from 6-8 pm. Burial will take place in Grandview Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Ginny’s memory. Arrangements are by Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home.
