W. John Buehler, 71, of Alliance passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Canterbury Villa in Alliance. John was born in Alliance on December 4, 1939 the son of the late Wilbur J. and Fanny (Rush) Buehler Sr.; he was a 1958 graduate of Sebring McKinley High School and worked as a Bus Driver for the West Branch Local School District. John was also a farmer by trade; he enjoyed old cars, antique signs and even discussing his favorite John Deere tractors with his great grandson Caleb. Survivors include his wife Barbara J. (Crowe) Buehler of Alliance, his children; Kimberly (Dave) Baum of Homeworth, Bob (Rose) Custar of Alliance; six grandchildren; Taylor Baum, Brandon Baum, BobbiJo (Greg), Jim (Mickie), Jason, Megan and two great grandchildren Hayden and Caleb. He is also survived by two sisters; Mary Lou (Roger) Gartrell of Beverly, OH and Janet (Dick) Shreve of Sedona, AZ. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Shirley and an infant sister Dorothy. Services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home in Sebring with Rev. Mike Kimball officiating.
