Wanda L. Penrose Murray, 78, formerly of Sebring, died at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006 at Blossom Nursing Home in Salem. She was born Feb. 2, 1928, in Beloit to George F. and Ella Mae (Thomas) Bokelman. She was a graduate of Goshen High School (Class of â45) and a Stanley Home Products representative for 30 plus years. A member of Trinity Friends Church in Lisbon, she attended Cleveland Bible College. She was an avid bowler and Cleveland Browns fan. Surviving are three daughters, Elizabeth (Art) Brown and Ruth Frankart, both of Lisbon, and Martha Eckart of Greensboro, N.C.; two sons, David (Diana) Penrose of Beloit and Dan (Shirley) Penrose of Minerva and Step Daughter Mary (Ken) Dixon of Lisbon; 11 grandchildren; one step-grandchild, and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Penrose in 1984, and her second husband, Rev. Carl Murray, Nov. 26, 2002 Services will be held at 1 :00 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006 at Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Pastor William Lawson officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park.
