Wayne Metzgar

Wayne Allan Metzgar, 49 of Salem passed away on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Salem Community Hospital. Wayne was born in Salem on October 14, 1962 the son of Robert and Louise (Rosier) Metzgar; he was employed at Elger in Salem until its closing. He was an avid Brown’s Fan and enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his parents of Salem, three daughters; Ashley Metzgar, Jodie (George) Cheresne, Rhandi Stouffer and a son Michael Stouffer all of Salem. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a brother Robert Metzgar of Salem and four sisters; Julie (Bill) Barton of Salem, Debbie Fuson of Salem, Marilyn (Jim) Winters of Rogers and Stacy (Denver) Marks of Damascus. He was preceded in death by his life partner Julie (Tanley) Metzgar. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home in Salem. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11AM-1PM. Burial will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Salem.
