William Blutcher

William W. Blutcher, 80 of Salem passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring. William was born on July 17, 1930 in East Palestine, Ohio the son of the late Harry J. and Hazel (Martin) Blutcher. Mr. Blutcher worked for 25 years at Republic Steel in Youngstown and was a US Army Veteran; he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his sister Ruth Woolf of Sebring, two nephews Larry Martin Bable of New Waterford, OH, Randy Ramsey of Alliance, a niece Carol Morosan of California. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jean (Campbell), a sister Mary Boyle and a brother Chester Blutcher. Services include cremation with burial in Mt.
