William Kniseley

"Together Again" William M. Kniseley, 91 of Beloit passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011. William was born in Beloit on July 25, 1920 the son of the late Gerald & Sara (Toole) Kniseley, he was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII. William retired from Alliance Machine in 1986 and was a police officer for Smith Township for 18 years. He was a member of VFW Post 6370, member of the Sebring Masonic Lodge and the Eastern Star of Columbiana. William enjoyed working outdoors, model railroading, and his car collection. Survivors include his children; a daughter Mary (Douglas) Jordan of Sebring, a son W. Daniel (Carol) Kniseley of Guilford Lake, a son in law George Whitten of Kentucky, 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years Nelma Young Kniseley, who passed away August 16, 2007, a daughter Rae Lynn Whitten of Kentucky who passed away on May 10, 2000 and a granddaughter Jessica Kniseley.
